Isn't it possible that all religions are just different "roads" that lead up to the top of the same mountain? Why does only Christianity have to be true?

Yeah, that is a popular metaphor, but I'd say for now that it just doesn't do justice to the differences between religions. Since that's a bigger and separate topic, here's a link to the whole question of religious pluralism: Aren't all religions basically the same?
